Chapter 11
Chris and Matt looked disappointed by it. Brooke then said, Im going to sit outside and wait for Kelly so shell know not to ring the doorbell. Anyone wanna come? Everyone stood up and followed her down the stairs and out the door trying to be quite. They all walked out the front door. After a while of sitting outside they all saw three girls walking up to Frankies house. Brooke then said, That looks like three girls! Who are they? Everyone just stared and waited until they could see the three figures more clearly. It was Kelly, Chelsea, and Allison. Brooke stood up and yelled, Hey! They eventually reached Frankies house and Kelly said, Hope you dont mind, but these two were at my house. They were spending the night. Greg looked happy to see Allison. Allisons eyes met Gregs and she gave him a friendly smile. Brooke was a little jealous of Allison, but she can get over it. Greg felt like he was going to melt on Frankies porch. The three girls looked at Matts shorts and laughed. Matts face turned red and Matt said, Dont ask! Frankie then said, Cmon lets go up to my room. Everyone followed Frankie to the front door. It was locked! Frankies Dad must have locked it. Frankie then said, Ok. The front door is locked well just have to climb up the balcony, no biggy. They all then followed Frankie up the balcony. Frankie then tried to open the window it wouldnt budge. Frankie then had a look of panic on his face. He felt like all of his blood had drained from his body. He turned around and said, You guys wont believe this but um the window is also locked! Everyones eyes became large. Some jaws dropped. Frankie then said, Hold on. Everyone stay here! Im going to open my front door with my secret key that I have to find. Then Ill come up to my room and open the window. No one said a word. They all just watched Frankie climb down the balcony and start looking under places in his yard. He then found his key. He ran to the door and unlocked it. He ran quietly to his room and turned the light on. He opened the window and let everyone in, but Greg and Allison were missing! Frankie then asked Chris, Wheres Greg and Allison? Chris then smiled and said, Oh they went off somewhere they said theyd be right back. Brooke looked pretty mad when they said that. You just had to be there. Frankie then shook his head, let out a little laugh, and said, That Greg. Hes a true ladies man. Chris and Frankie started to laugh. Everyone sat down and then Frankie said, I guess well start without Greg and Allison. Now is it your turn Chris? Chris said, Yeah. Truth or dare Matt?
Chapter12
Matt thought for a while and said, Dare! Chris then said with no time to waste, I dare you to take Kelly in the other room and moon, her butKelly you have to spank his bare butt. Oh wait no. Dont go into another room because you might not do it. Stay in here Matt. I want you to just face your butt the other way so we dont have to see it. Matt then said, UmChris I dont think so. Kelly then said, Why not? You dont want to be a chicken now do you? Matt then looked at Chris and stood up. They went over in the corner and Matt mooned Kelly. She then said, Its a full, really pale white moon tonight. Everyone started to laugh even Matt. She closed her eyes, faced the other way, and spanked him. Everyone couldnt stop laughing. They booth came back and sat down. Frankie then said, Ok Matt, its your turn. Matt then had a sly look on his face and said, Truth or dare Chelsea? Chelsea was pretty much still laughing sounding like an otter because she couldnt breathe. She then let out a, Dare. Matt then thought for a while and waited for her to stop laughing. Then he finally said, I dare you and Chris to He put a little smirk on his face and continues, Do a tongue lock with each other in front of all of us. Chris then said, Matt, what is that? Then Chelsea just leaned into Chris and tried to show him how to do it. He finally got it. So they both locked tongues. Frankie was kind of disgusted since they had kind of drooled on his floor. Chris pulled back not knowing he was cleaning the floor from the drool with his pant leg. Frankie just shook his head. Chelsea then said, Okay Jesse, truth or dare? Jesse then said, Truth. Not knowing what was a head of him. Chelsea then said, If someone in this room like lets sayBrooke asked you out would you say yes? Jesse then said, Yeah. Without thinking. Greg and Allison then climbed into the window holding each others hands. They tried to blend in with what was going on and not saying a word to interrupt. Frankie then said, Dude why dont you two hook up? Chelsea looked at Brooke then Jesse. Brooke then finally realized Jesse was the guy she really liked, not Greg! Brooke then said, Jesse, will you go out with me? Jesse then said, Yeah! a little bit too excited. Brooke then moved over to sit b Jesse and whispered in his ear, Sorry about on the way home, but we did get that kiss. Jesse then smiled at Brooke and then Brooke whispered in his ear again, Oh and I also know about the toilet. Brooke pulled back from his ear and had a smile on her face looking a little bit at everyone in the room besides Jesse. She was trying to hold in her laugh. Jesse then thought to himself, How the heck did she know? Matt then interrupted his thought by says, Woo-hoo earth to Jesse. Its your turn man. Jesse then looked at everyone in the room. He then fixated on Allison and said, Truth or dare Allison. She then said, Truth. Jesse thought for some time and said, What did you Greg do while you guys were gone? Allison looked at Greg then back to Jesse and said, We went for a little walk and talked. That was pretty much it. Chris then said, I bet not. Greg then hit Chriss arm meaning him to shut-up. Allison then said, Well anyways, truth or dare Greg. Greg then looked at her and before he got to say anything more Kelly stood-up looking at her watch and said, Oh my god you guys we got to go! Its almost 4 A.M. and my mom is going to wake up in 30 minuets to check on us. If we arent there Im going to get in huge trouble! The three girls said they good-byes and left in a hurry.
Chapter 13
The 5 boys and Brooke all then looked at each other and started to laugh at how fast Kelly, Chelsea, and Allison left. Brooke then yawned and said, Im kind of tired Im going to go to bed. Brooke then laid out where she was going to sleep. Jesse then let out a fake yawn and said, Yeah me too. Greg looked at Jesse while pushing his two eyebrows together looking confused. Jesse then winked at Greg. Greg still didnt understand and just played along. He then said, Well I guess I will too. Greg then laid down his bed and got under his covers. Frankie then did the same. Jesse laid out his bed next to Brooke. Chris and Matt then laid theirs out too and got under their own covers. Soon everyone was asleep. Some time went by and Greg woke up to Chriss smelly feet in his face and Matts loud snoring. He pushed Chriss feet away from him and threw a pillow at Matt. He looked over at Brooke who had drooled all over Jesse. Jesse had his arm around Brooke and drool all over. He laughed and felt sorry for him. He then went back to sleep. At 11:34 A.M. Frankie sat straight sweating and yelled, Oh my god. We are a band called Dream Street! He woke everyone up. They all opened their half way shut-eyes and looked at Frankie. Brooke wiped her drool off, and thinking, OMG I drooled all over Jess! Hoping he wouldnt notice she did. Jesse couldnt even feel his body yet. It was still asleep. Everyone was too tired to laugh at Frankie, even Jesse! Frankie then said, Whoa where did that come from?!? Sorry guys. I guess I woke you up. Brooke then let out a little laugh went back to sleep as so did Jesse. Greg got up and grabbed his bag and went to the bathroom. Frankie wiped off his sweat. Matt shook his head and rubbed his eyes. Chris just sat up and stared at the wall looking really tired. Greg was brushing his teeth and brushing his hair in the bathroom. He got changed into his day clothes and walked out of the bathroom. When he got back Jesse and Brooke were finally up. Frankie, Matt, and Chris were laughing at something, and everyones stuff was all over the floor.
Chapter 14
Greg looked awake and ready for the day. As soon as Matt saw Greg walk in he said, Hey man. We all were and we wanted to know if you wanted to see a movie? Greg shrugged and said, Sure, What movie? Matt then said, Well theres this really funny movie coming out today call Fat Race. So do you want to see it? Greg then said, Fat race? What type of movie name is that? And what is it about? Matt and Greg laughed and then Matt said, Its a comedy with Keith Green, Omar Goody Goody, and Shawn Loveit. They all are fat men on a race for a cow milking contest with Lucy Lue pretenders. Greg then said, laughing, Oh, you can count me in then! So whos all going? Matt then said, You, Chris, Frankie, Jesse, Brooke, and uh humme. Looking formal saying that. Greg then asked, So who all should we invite? Chris then said, Hey maybe we should invite Gregs lover, Allison. Everyone started to laugh even Brooke. Greg then said, Shut up man. You dribble tongue. Jesse was laughing so hard he was rolling on and in his sleeping bag messing it up. Brooke then said, Youre a dork. Then Greg said, Hey Brooke you should call Kelly, oh sorryKezzy and ask her if she wants to come and bring Chelsea and Before he got to continue Frankie then said in a girly voice, Allison. Everyone laughed at Frankie. Brooke then said, Okay. Ill call. Can you hand me the phone Frank or shall I say Francesca? Frankie laughed then handed Brooke the cordless. Everyone in the room was loud and laughing for pretty much no reason. Brooke dialed Kellys digits and Kelly soon answered knowing it was Brooke, Hello? This is Pizza Face Pizza. My name is Sha-nay-nay. How may I help you? Brooke then laughed and said, Hey Kezzy. I just wanted to know if you, Chelsea, and Allison wanted to see Fat Race with us. So do ya? Kelly then asked, Is Jesse going? Brooke then said, Yeah, why do you ask? getting a little suspicious. Kelly then said, Oh just curious. Kelly had a huge secret crush on Jesse since about the day she met him. She had never told a soul about it. Chris and Matt were acting stupid in the back round saying, Kezzy Chris likes you! and, Kezzy, Matt loves the way you shake it. And Kezzy, Chris loves your every move. And Kezzy Matt loves you and wants to have your babies. Matt then said, Dude thats nasty and not possible. Brooke then sighed and opened the window and sat out side with the phone. She then said, Sorry Kezzy, Matt and Chris are so stupid. Kelly was just laughing and couldnt say anything.
Chapter 15
Brooke then said, So are you guys in? Kelly then ended her laughter and said, hold on let me ask them. Brooke went back inside hoping Chris and Matt had finally shut-up then said, Ok. Kelly then told Allison and Chelsea what was going on and they said they wanted to go. Kelly then picked the phone back up and heard Matt in the back round saying, I live in a tent with little green men. Kelly then laughed and said, Brooke? Yeah. They want to go. So what time? Um 5ish. Is that ight? Yeah. So tell everyone I said hi. Oh and tell Matt that the little green men that live in his tent are my babies. Kelly and Brooke started to laugh and Brooke said, Alright. See ya then. Bye. Bye. And Brooke hung up then phone. She then told everyone, Kezzy says hi. Oh and Matt, she heard you talk about your tent and little green men. She says the little green men are her babies. Everyone started to laugh. Brooke then handed Frankie the phone and grabbed her bag and walked to the bathroom to get dressed. The five boys were left in a quite room. Silence had seemed like it echoed on and on. You could even hear Brooke walking down the hall. Frankie then broke the silence by saying, Cmon. Lets go get some brunch. Oh and Jesse tell Brooke when she gets back to come downstairs. Jesse nodded his head and reached for his bag and grabbing out his clothes. Frankie, Matt, Chris, and Greg all walked down the stairs to the kitchen. Brooke was done changing and walked back to the room. When she opened the door she saw Jesse in his boxers changing. He then saw her and grabbed his shirt and put it over his boxers. Brooke laughed and shut the door. Jesses face turned red. He finished getting dressed and walked out the door to Brooke who was sitting down waiting for him. Brooke looked up at him and said, Now were even. They both laughed and Jesse said, I guess so. Frankie said for us to go downstairs and get some brunch. Brooke then said, Beat ya there! Brooke and Jesse raced down the stairs. Brooke and Jesse landed on the main floor at the same time stopped, and looked at each then the kitchen. Then they started to run to the kitchen. Brooke tickled Jesse, which made him squirm and slow down. Jesse yelled, Cheater! and laughed. Brooke beat him to the kitchen with everyone sitting there with food in front of them staring at Jesse and Brooke. Then everyone looked at each other and laughed. Frankie had a place for Jesse and Brooke to sit with a plate of food there. They both sat down and started to eat.
Chapter 16
After everyone ate was all dressed they went outside and sat on the porch. Frankie and Jesse brought out a baseball and a baseball ball bat. Frankie then asked, Anyone up for some baseball? Greg stood up and gestured for Brooke to come. Matt and Chris just sat on the porch. Greg looked at Chris and Matt and said, Cmon you guys. Chris said, Nah its cool. You guys can just play Matt I will just sit here and watch. Greg then shrugged and went to join Jesse, Brooke, and Frankie. Frankie then said, How about Jesse and Brooke are on team and you and I are the other team. Frankfurt and I will bat first. They all shook their heads and got into positions. Jesse was the pitcher and Brooke was in back of him ready to catch the ball. Frankie got up to the so-called plate, which was a sock he had found on the ground. Jesse threw the ball and Frankie swung, and missed. Chris then yelled, Strike one! Matt yelled, Cmon Frankfurt, you can hit that ball. Greg threw the ball to Jesse. Jesse then threw it again to Frankie. He swung, and missed again! Chris yelled, Strike 2! Matt then yelled, For gods shake man! Jesse is pitching! You got to hit a ball from him. Jesse then looked at Matt and said, Thanks. Matt then said, No offence man. Jesse then said, None taken since Ive seen you pitch. Matt and Jesse both laughed. Some how that was an inside joke and no one else really got it. Greg then threw the ball to Jesse again. Jesse looked over at Brooke who had been looking at her nails. Jesse then looked back at Frankie and then he threw the ball. Frankie swung and hit it, but no farther then first base. Brooke ran to the ball and tagged Frankie. Brooke then tried to throw the ball to Jesse but she threw it over his head. Amazingly he jumped up and caught it. Brooke and Jesse exchanged smiles. Then he looked over at Greg who was waiting at home. He pitched the ball and Greg hit it hard! They all stared at the ball. It was like it was going in slow motion. Then they all heard a crash! It had hit the Smiths window. They all yelled and ran inside. After the got in they all laughed. Frankie then said, It was Gregs fault! Everyone laughed. Greg then said smart alicky, Well at least I hit a homerun! Everyone just laughed. It was a good thing that Frankies parents werent home. Matt looked at the clock it was almost 3 o clock. He was getting anxious. He wished it were at least 5. The phone then rang. Frankie raced over to the phone and picked up. Hello? Hi. It was Kelly. Hey Kezzy. Hey Frankfurt. I just wanted to know if umJessewas there. Kelly was getting nervous and about to hang up. Yeah hes here. Matt and Chris then looked at each other hoping she was talking about one of them on the phone. Do you want to talk to him? Kelly then said, Uh no. Never mind. Forget I asked. Ok? Chris and Matts faces were looking excited wanting to talk to her. They both noticed Brooke looking at them; they then tried to keep their cool. Chris then let out a fake cough. Frankie then looked at them and then said to Kelly, I think I know some 2 people who might want to talk to you. Ok. Put them on. Matt was looking scared and gestured for Chris to talk.
Chapter 17
Chris put the phone to his ear and said, Hey Kezzy. Whats up? Nothing much. Kelly and Chelsea are outside by the ice cream man, getting us some bugs funny pops. Kelly and Chris then both laughed. What about you? Nothing much just chilling over here at Franks. Greg just hit a baseball into the Smiths window not that long ago. They both laughed and Greg did too, he had been ease dropping on another line. Chris you just sounded like Greg when you laughed. It wasnt me! Greg! Are you on the phone? Greg then laughed and acted like he hung up the phone, and handed it to Jesse. Jesse then listened quietly. Well I guess Greg hung up. So you going to night?Yeah, are you? trying to sound like he didnt know. Yeah. Cool. So do you know who youre going to sit by? Kelly laughed and said, Uh I guess you and Jesse. Ill sit right in between you too. Thats coo, but why Jesse? Why not the loving Matt? They both laughed. Uhyou promise not to tell anyone? Umyeah, what is it? Well I kind of like Jesse. If you tell him I will hunt you down and pounce on you like prey. Maybe I should tell him then, Nah Im just playing. I wouldnt do that. So do you like me too? There was a little pause. Yeah. Hold on a sec. Chris let out a big smile then hit mute on the phone and yelled, YES! then he hit mute to go back to Kelly. UhChris? Yeah? I heard you. Chris then froze and said, OhumFrankie told meuhthat Iuhwon the bet of the winner for the tallest hair. Kelly just laughed at Chris knowing the real truth. Well congrads Chris. Chelsea then walked in with Allison carrying 2 bugs bunny pops in here hand. She handed one to Kelly. Chelsea then said, These are so good. Who you talking to? N sync. Yeah right. Who are you really talking to? Chris. Oh my god let me talk. Chris then said, Did you say my name? Yeah Chelsea wants to talk to you. Ok put her on. Jesse then got bored of listening so he handed the phone to Matt. Matt put the phone up to his ear. Jesse was amazed that Kelly liked him. Chelsea then started to talk, Hey Chris-toe-pher. Hey C.C. Whats up girl friend? They both laughed. Nothing much. What about you foxy daddy. Same, foxy momma. They both laughed again. So you gonna sit by me, you sweet thang? Yeah sugar dumpling. They both were cracking up. Chris then heard Jesse calling his name, Hold on C.C.! OK. Then matt butted in trying to act like he was Chris, Hey C.C. I had a dream about you last night. Oh really? Yeah I had a dream we made hot l Then Chris got back on said, Ok Im back. Did ya miss me? UmChris? What were you just saying before you said youre back? I asked you if you would sit by me. No after that. Uhhold on. No after that. I didnt say anything after that. Yes you did you said you had a dream about me and we made hot l and you stopped. Matt then started laughed. Both Chris and Chelsea yelled, MATT?! Matt was cracking up even more. Hey baby this is Matt. At your service.
Chapter 18
Matt, youre a dork! Im one hot dork and you know it. Uh huh yeah Matt I think youre the hottest guy in the world and thats what makes you a dork. Oh yeah you know it baby. Umok well anyway. Matt you can get off now so I can talk to C.C. Okay, but we have to go soon. Okay. Bye. Bye Matt. Bye C.C. Matt then hung up. So, do you really think that Matts hot? Kind of. Hes O.K. Oh. Do you think Im hot? Yeah Chris I think youre really hot. I could stare at your bottom all the time! Same here. So do you want out go out with me? Hellz yeah. Okay, girlfriend. Okay boyfriend. They both laughed. Frankie then yelled to Chris, Hey Chris we got to go. Okay, hey C.C. got to go. See you at the mall. Okay bye my sweet buns. Bye my probe. They both laughed and hung up the phone. Chris then went to Frankie and said, Hey man! I got to go fix my hair and Ill be out soon. Chris then ran to the bathroom. Everyone was sitting around waiting for Chris for 30 minuets. Matt then got impenitent so he went to get Chris from the bathroom. He knocked on the door. Hey Chris are you done yet? No! Well were leaving without you in 5 minuets. If youre not out. Okay hold on man Im doing my hair. Youve been doing your hair for 30 minuets! Uh yeah. Chris just get out right now! Okay Im done. Chris then opened the door. He had a hat on. You have a hat on?! Uh yeah thats what it looks like. Well thennever mind. Lets just go. Its already 5:30. They all walked out the door. Meanwhile Allison, Chelsea, and Kelly were sitting on a bench next to the ticket booth eating a pretzel. Kelly said, Where are those boys and Brooke?! Chelsea then said, I dunno, but weve been waiting for 45 minuets! Allison said, Chris must have been doing his hair and taking for ever like always. Hey dont pick on my boyfriend. Youre boyfriend?! Yeah we just started going out. Kelly was a little jealous of Chelsea from that. Oh. I see. Then the 5 boys and Brooke walked up to them. Matt said, Hey ladies. Sorry that we took so long. Chris had to do his stupid hair! Hey dont make fun of my stupid hair. Dude you did youre hair and put a hat on over it. What was the point of even doing youre hair?! Chris just shook his head and mumbled, Dumb blondes. What was that? Oh nothing. Allison then butted in and said, Well anyway. Lets go get our tickets. They all walked up to the ticket booth and one by one the asked for a ticket to Fat Race. It was 6:30 and they had and hour and 15 minuets till the show started. So they all went to the food court to get something to eat. Chelsea then said, I want Tarbys. Me too, Chris said. The two walked over to Tarbys. Matt said, I want Taco Smell. Yeah thats seems good right now, Frankie said. They both walked to Taco Smell. Greg and Allison both said, I want Chabarros Pizza. Then Brooke, Jesse, and Kelly said they want Gloria Beans Coffee. So they all walked their separate ways to the place they wanted to go.
Chapter19
After they all got their food they all went to a big table and sat together. They all ate their food in silence with nothing to say. They all threw their trash out and gathered around a pole nearby. Greg said, Well its 7:15 and we 30 minuets till Fat Race. So what do you guys want to do? They all looked at each other and Brooke spoke up, I want to go to Milt, the arcade. So they all walked to Milt. Jesse and Brooke were holding hands and Jesse held her back. He moved her over to a bench and they both sat down. He then said, Now we can be alone. Brooke then smiled at Jesse. Jesse held Brookes hand tighter. Jesse then started to lean in to kiss Brooke. Then Matt who hand been behind them he whole time popped up in between Brooke and Jesse. Brooke and Jesse kissed Matts cheeks. When they realized what had happened they pulled back quickly and Brooke screamed. Jesse looked really mad at Matt and gave him a glare. Brook just laughed. Matt was laughing too hard that he fell on the ground. Brooke then let go of Jesses hand. She told Jesse, Cmon lets go to Milt. We can leave laughing boy here. Jesse then followed Brooke to Milt. Matt got up and walked with them. When they walked in Greg and Allison were playing air hockey against Chris and Chelsea. The game was tied 6 to 6. Frankie was in the virtual baseball game while Kelly watched. Matt then ran up to Frankie and told him what had happened. Frankie then started to crack up and so did Kelly from over hearing what he said kind of feeling jealous of Brooke. Matt then said to Kelly trying to act cool, Hey, uh you wanna go um, race on da retro-racers? Sure. The two walked over and Kelly was about to put in some quarters then Matt stopped her and said, Its on me. Kelly just smiled and let Matt put them in. They both sat in the racing chairs and played. Jesse and Brooke were in one of those rowboat racers and Greg, Allison, Chelsea, and Chris were still playing air hockey and the game was tied. Then Allison smacked the puck into Chris and Chelseas goal and won the game for Greg and her. Greg and Allison were yelling, screaming, jumping up and down, hugging each other, and getting everyones attention in Milt. Chris and Chelsea were laughing acting like they didnt know them.
Chapter 20
Meanwhile Matt and Kelly were racing, Kelly was beating Matt so bad. Kelly was saying woo-hoo! the whole time she was racing and Matt was just sitting there trying to catch up. Brooke and Jesse had then turn the stick to row too quickly and Brooke hit Jesse in the sensitive spot. Jesse bit his lip in pain. Brooke then said, Oh my god! Im so sorry! Jesse then put out his hand to gesture it was okay. Chris saw what happened and was just laughing. Chris had his arm around Chelseas waist laughing his head off almost falling to the ground and taking Chelsea down with him. Allison and Greg were standing in the corner, Greg behind her with his arms wrapped around her in the front. He was whispering something to her that no one else could her and she just laughed. While Jesse was recovering, Matt stood up yelling, Oh yeah whos da man? knocking his head on the top of the racing game. Kelly was laughing at how much of a klutz he was then said, Matt um you were the red car and I was the blue, you lost sweetie. Matts smile then turned upside down and he said, Well at least I beat and before he finished Kelly said, Nope you were last! Matt then said, Well at least I beat myself then. They both laughed and went to join Chris and Chelsea. Everyone started to join together. Then Jesse looked around and said, Hey, wheres Frankie? Everyone looked around for him saying his name, no response. Meanwhile Frankie was leaning over Whitney and Courtneys table flirting with them. Brooke then saw Frankie and ran up to him. Frankie?! The movie is going to start soon cmon lets go! Brooke then spanked him meaning for him to hurry up. Frankie then let out a Michael Jackson scream while trusting his back forward. Brooke then walked back to everyone else shaking her head. Frankie then said in a flirtatious way, All the girls want me. See ya later ladies. Then he winked to them and pointed and walked off to join everyone else. Courtney then said, He tries so hard that its funny to think about it. Frankie, Brooke, Jesse, Chris, Kelly, Allison, Chelsea, and Greg all started walking quickly to the movie theater. They all got there just in time. They all walked in one by one. The place was pretty empty in the back so they decided to sit there. It went Matt, Chelsea, Chris, Kelly, Jesse, Brooke, and Frankie. Greg and Allison sat on the other side in the corner by themselves.

Chapter 21
During the movie Allison and Greg were pretty much only making out. Four girls in front of them kept on looking back and making fun of them. One of them yelled, "Get a room!" Greg and Allison only laughed at them. Meanwhile Chelsea and Chris were only talking. "So Chris, do you want to make out?" "Sure." Then they just sat there and didnt do anything. Matt laughed at how much they seemed like his grandparents. Brooke and Jesse were all over each other Brooke was covering Jesse so much you could hardly see him behind her. Kelly saw them and jealousy grew inside her so she leaned over to look at Frankie. He noticed she was looking at him and she raised her eyebrows and walked over next to him and sat down. She then whispered in his ear, "Wanna beat Brooke and Jesse at their own game?" Frankie looked over to Brooke trying to see Jesse under her. Frankie laughed and said "sure." So at this point Matt was all by him-self pretty much, Chelsea and Chris were silent, Greg and Allison, Jesse and Brooke, and Kelly and Frankie were making out. After the movie ended everyone walked out talking about how funny it was and how they couldnt believe the ending. Frankie looked at his watch and said, "Man its getting late!" They all were walking by Pretzel Rhyme and there were a lot of teenagers around. There also was a red slurpee on the ground and Brooke was walking and she slipped on it! She screamed on her way down. She didnt just get up; she rolled around trying to get up. It probably took her a whole minute to get up! Everyone was just laughing at her even Jesse! His face was as red as the slurpee was. So was Brooke but she was laughing the hardest. Some teenagers said, "Hey look that girl fell in the slurpee!" They all walked quickly to the door laughing. Matt fell down laughing. They all sat down trying to stop laughing. While they were busy laughing a guy walked by with some friends and yelled, Hey theres the girl that fell! Everyone started laughed harder. Brooke even had slurpee in her hair! Brooke was wiping her arms on everyone since she had red slurpee juice on them. Everyone would cringe and tell her to stop while they were still laughing when she wiped them. Courtney and Whitney then walked by Frankie smiled at them and they just laughed. Whitney then blew him a kiss and said, Bye Pee-Wee Herman and that kiss was for Chris. Chris then smiled at Whitney and acted like he caught it and put it in his pocket. Chelsea then hit Chris. He then said, What?! Chelsea rolled her eyes at him.
Chapter22
Courtney then saw her moms car pull up to the mall entrance and she pulled Whitneys arm. Frankie then raised his eyebrows and said, Bye ladies. Courtney and Whitney were then out the door. Everyone was still laughing at Brooke except for Frankie, Chris, and Chelsea. Brookes face was still red. Chelsea then said trying to get her mind off of Chris being too flirty, Well I liked that movie. Chris then said, Me too! That was so cool when Sm he was then interrupted by Frankie screaming and kicking the wall saying, Ahh! Spider! Ahh! Everyone was laughing at him the Matt took his shoe off showed Frankie as if he was doing a demonstration and smashed the spider. Frankie then stopped and realized how much of a dork he was acting like and tried to keep his cool. Matt then shook his head at Frankie and put his shoe back on. Frankie then said, Hey do you guys want to head home now? Everyone said sure or okay. The all walked to Frankies house and climbed up the balcony, then climbed through the window. Frankie then said, Hey Ill be right back Im going to go check the answering machine. Frankie then walked down stairs he looked at the machine 01 was flashing on it. He hit play. Hello Mr. And Mrs. Gallasso, Im Kevin and Im from DS records. We are calling in concern of your son; he has great talent and wed like him to be in a band we are forming. Frankie then ran to his parents room to see if they were there. No one was in there. Then he ran to the kitchen. He saw nothing but a note on the fridge. It said,

We went out to eat at Olivia Gardens and to a play afterwards. We wont be home till about 12-1 A.M. You and your friends can snack on anything in the kitchen. If there are any problems you know where to call. Make sure you friends call their parents and tell them where they are.

When he walked in he saw everyone looking like they had just seen a ghost. Frankie asked, Did I miss something? Everyone looked at him still with a look shock on their faces. Frankie then asked, What is going on here?! Someone please tell me! Greg then said holding Allison close, T.. t..theres something on your balcony! Frankie then looked confused and put all the snacks down. Allison said, We heard something out there and it was moving tapping on the window. It didnt sound human at all! Frankie looked around and saw everyone looking freaked out. He then said, Ill go check. He looked a little scared but he was really brave. He walked slowly to the window and he started to push it open whenChris put a werewolf mask on and jumping on Frankie. Frankie let out a little girl scream. Everyone was just laughing their heads off at Frankie. Frankie shut the window and went to sit on his bed. You guys really got me. How long were you planning that? Chris then said ever since we were at the mall we all were waiting for ever for you to leave the room. Frankie rolled his eyes and shook his head at them. Well anyway what do you guys want to do? Brooke then said, Hey lets play truth or dare! Truth or dare, Allison? Dare. I dare you togo into closet withGreg of course and make out until we tell you to come out. Allison and Greg looked at each other and then smiled then went into the closet. You could hear them saying, ouch! Stupid hanger! Please tell me thats your hand! Ok thats my hand. MMMM! then 5 minuets later the closet door slid open and Allison and Greg fell out. Brooke then said, Hey! I didnt say you could come out yet. They all laughed. But I guess you can now. Allison then went back to sit down and said, Truth or dareBrooke. Dare. I dare you to kiss Frankie and theres no chickens. Brooke went to kiss Frankie and Jesse just stared with anger in his eyes. They kissed for a long time. Allison then said, Okay you guys you can stop now! Frankie then pulled back quickly and Brooke was pretty much still leaning forward and pulled back. Okay so my turn. Chelsea truth or dare? Truth. Do you like Matt more then Chris? Chelsea then looked off and then back to Brooke, Uhno! she said with her eyes twitching (which happens to her when she is lying or nervous). Chelsea? Are you lying? Ok fine I like Matt better! Chris looked mad! He then scooted away from her and said, You and me are over. Why dont you go out with Matt! Chris! Im sorry! Chelsea said with a sad face on. Its ok, but I think that I should be single for awhile. Chelsea then tried to change the subject, Ok truth or dare, Frankie? Dare. I dare you totake that were wolf mask and put it on. Then go outside and sit then behind a tree or bush. Then when I car comes jump up and try to scare them. Ok? Ok.
Chapter24
Frankie then grabbed the mask and headed downstairs everyone followed him. He got to the door and looked back at everyone and then started to laugh, Okay you guys stay in here and watch from the window. Frankie then walked out the door laughing and put the mask on. He sat outside behind a bush for about 10 minutes until he heard a car coming. He got ready. The 30 seconds later He popped up and scared the people in the car causing them to swerve and crash into Frankies neighbors mailbox. Frankie was frightened by what he had just done and took his mask off. He walked slowly to the car. Everyone that was inside came out to join Frankie. Frankie kept getting closer and closer to the car. By now everyone was by Frankies side. Frankie reached the car and looked in. There was no one in it! He took a big gulp on looked in the backseat. He saw a boy his age in the backseat. He looked like he was sleeping. Frankie then looked at everyone and then back at the boy. He then shook him to wake him up. The boy slowly opened his eyes. He finally focused on what was in front of him and jumped and said, Whoa! What the heck! Where am I? Frankie then said, Hi Im Frankie and I live next door. This car hit The Johnsons mailbox. Was there a driver in here? The boy looked confused and looked in the front seat and said, Wheres my brother?! He was driving me to Block Blaster to get some movies and I feel asleep. Oh well come in and you can call home and Ill get someone over here to get the car. But wheres my brother?! I dont know. Just come in. The boy followed everyone into the house. Allison then asked him, So whats your name? M.J. Oh cool! My name is Allison. You kind of look like Chris over here, she said pointing to Chris.
Chapter25
Chris then popped his head up and looked over at M.J. He then said, Nah man he looks nothing like me. Then M.J. said, Yeah Chris looks like a loser. Chris then looked at M.J. straight into the eye. Im just playin with you. Frankie then said, Okay well anyway! Heres the phone M.J. call your mom or something. And Frankie handed M.J. the phone. Just then there was a ring at the door. Frankie ran over to it and answered it. It was a tall brunette teenager with baby blue eyes. May I help you? Uh I know this seems really weird, but I crashed into your neighbors mailbox and Frankie then interrupted him and said, Say no more. Your brothers inside calling your mom. Frankie then lead him to M.J. Derek! Whered you go? Im so sorry M.J. I had to go over to the house next door and see if I could use their phone. Hang up! I already called home there was no answer. I also called the police they should be here soon. M.J. then hung up the phone. Frankie then said, Is anyone hungry? Everyone shook their head yes except for M.J. and Derek. Are you two hungry? Derek then said, No, not really we just had something to eat a while ago, but thanks for asking. Okay then. Does anyone want pizza? Everyone shook their heads yes again. Frankie then walked into the kitchen and looked up Papa Johnsons. Pizza, pizza, pizzaah ha pizza! Frankie said as he was looking through the phonebook. While Frankie was dialing the number everyone else went to go sit in the living room. They all talked for a while about the movie they just saw and Derek and M.J. joined in because they had seen it before. Then the room went quite for a while and Allison then said, Brooke, the blonde girl over here, she said pointing to Brooke, slipped on a slurpee. And she was rolling in it trying to get up! Everyone started to laugh really loud even M.J. and Derek. Brooke was laughing so hard she let out a little fart. Brooke then covered her mouth and said, Oops! Jesse then took his arm off of her and scooted a little bit a way from her. Chris then said, EWWW! Nasty Slurpee Butt!!! Haha Slurpee Butt! Thats your new name. Everyone was cracking up laughing and Jesse was rolling on the ground. Then Frankie walked in and said, The pizza will be here inEww! Whats that smell?! Kelly then said laughing her head off, Brooke let out a poo-poo! Brooke then said, I did not poo-poo! Matt then said, She did a poo-poo in her pants! I did not! By now Frankie was laughing so hard his ears turned bright red! I only did a stink-stink not a poo-poo in my pants. Everyone in the room was laughing even harder. Greg then said, Just think of what M.J. and Derek must think of us right now. Everyone started to laugh even more and M.J. and Derek were turning purple from laughing. Chelsea was laughing so hard she was crying with a red face.
Chapter26
Greg then said over his laughter, Okay. Im fine. ReallyI am! Frankie then said in a queer voice, Okay! Okay! Lets get it together people! Everyone started laughing even harder. Then the doorbell rang. Frankie then popped up and acted prissy walking to the door. He swung the door open and threw his hands back dramatically. The pizza man then handed Frankie the pizza and said, Thatll be $10.95. Frankie then handed him the money and grabbed the pizza. He then said Thank you, honey. The pizza guy then looked at him and said, Sure thing Tinker Bell. Then Frankie shut the door with his hip like he was doing a dance move or something. Everyone was just cracking up at Frankie. He then set the pizza down and told everyone to dig in while he goes and gets the soda. He then came back and handed everyone their soda. Frankie started to act normal. Everyone was still laughing hard. Time went by and they all were stuffed. Frankie took the pizza box and threw it out along with the soda cans. By now everyone had calmed down. There was pretty much silence in the room. Then the doorbell rang. Everyone looked at each other in puzzlement. Frankie then said, Who can that be? and he got up and answered the door. It was a tall blonde woman in her late 30s. May I help you? Frankie said in a kind voice. Yes. Im terribly sorry but have you seen 2 boys one about your age? Frankie then nodded his head and let her in. M.J. and Derek stood up and ran to her and gave her a big hug. The three walked outside. Everyone else in the room was quiet. Then they heard a car drive off. Frankie looked out the window and noticed the car that M.J. and Derek had been in was gone and they were gone too! Frankie told everyone and they all looked at each other. Kelly then said, Okay this is too weird.
Chapter27
They all shrugged and then Frankie said, Oh you guys have to call you parents to check up. Everyone then took turns calling his or her parents. Kelly then said she had to go and took Allison and Chelsea with her. Before Allison left she gave Greg a big hug and gave him a long kiss. Brooke had her copper ring in her mouth. Matt then make a fart noise right by Gregs butt and stood up and moved over to the side real quick and said, Ewww! Nasty, Greg! Couldnt you hold it in? Everyone started to laugh, and Brooke was laughing so hard she swallowed it! Then she said, Oh my god! I just swallowed my ring! Everyone started to crack up! Brooke looked like she was in shock she couldnt believe she swallowed it! Chris then said, Thats going to hurt! Allison and Greg still in each others arms gave each other one last quick kiss, and they said their good-byes. Then right before Chelsea left she gave Matt a big wet kiss and put her number in his pocket. Matt looked at Chelsea with lovesick puppy dog eyes and then Frankie said, Earth to Matt, but these ladies are leaving now. Then Matt looked at Frankie in shock and then Frankie said in a baby voice, Say goodbye. Cmon say good-bye little doggy. Say it. Say it. Cmon say it. Matt then looked at the 3 girls and said still in shock, Buh, buh, buh bye. Chelsea then winked at Matt and blew him a kiss and Matt acted like he caught it and put it in his pocket. Allison then whispered to Greg, Come over when ever you get home. Greg then smirked and nodded his head. Kelly then gave everyone a hug except for Allison and Chelsea because they were coming with her. When she gave Jesse a hug she grabbed his butt. No one else noticed so Kelly started to laugh. Kelly, Allison, and Chelsea all walked out the door. Kelly turned back to look at Jesse and he gave her a sexy smile. Then Brooke took him into the kitchen. The 3 girls walked to Kellys house. On the way there, Chelsea said, I like Matt! Kelly and Allison both looked Chelsea and Kelly said, Well we knew that! That was so cute when you blew him a kiss and how he put it in his pocket, Allison informed. Kelly then asked, Why dont you ask him out? Chelsea then looked ahead of her and then back to Kelly, I dont know. Im just kind of scared. Guys have to ask me out, because I freeze when I say will you go out with then before I say my name I run away or hang up. Kelly and Allison then started to laugh and Allison said, I remember when you were going to ask Nick L. out and right when you said with, you turned bright red and ran to your house. They all started to laugh. Yeah I remember that. It was so embarrassing! Chelsea exclaimed. Chelsea then said, Hey Kelly, can I ask you something. Sure. Shoot. Uh well this might not be true and Im just taking it the wrong way but, do you like Jesse or something? Silence carried through the streets as they walked home. Then Kelly started to say, Well I Then a car drove up by them and started to honk at them. It had three 16 year-old guys in the car who looked like major dorks. One had dark brown hair, one had red hair, and the other had blonde. They then yelled out the window, Shake it! Chelsea then turned around and slapped her butt and said, Oh you know you want this. Then she turned around and said, But you cant have it. Sorry boys. They all started to laugh and then the blonde boy in the car said, Oh you know I want it! Allison shook her head at them and kept on walking. The guys slowed the car down to the 3 girls speed.
Chapter28
Then the dark brown hair guy asked, Do you fine ladies want a ride? They all said, No! at the same time. Then the blonde boy asked with a sad puppy face, Are you sure? They all shook their heads yes. Then the dark brown hair boy said, Well see ya later ladies. Then they drove off. Brooke, Kelly, and Chelsea were just cracking up from what just happened. Chelsea then said, Hey the blonde guy was kind of cute. Alison and Kelly looked at Chelsea then at each other and yelled, Ewww! Gross! and stared laughing at Chelsea. Chelsea then said, Im just playing with you guys. Kelly then said, Oh cmon Chelsea you know you loved him. They all started cracking up.
Back at Frankies house Chris and Matt were having an arm wrestling contest. They had been in that lock for 5 minutes trying to win. Greg was sitting on the couch by himself watching Sponge Kob Round Pants laughing his head off. Frankie was getting tired of them trying to beat each other and sick of watching Brooke and Jesse making goo-goo eyes at each other. For some reason he didnt like the thought of Brooke with someone else and he was trying to not believe that he felt that way. He went over to sit by Greg. Gregs face was bright red from laughing so hard. Some times he just is that way with cartoons. He thinks theyre so corny that theyre funny. Frankie was watching the sponge on T.V. talking to a squirrel named Mandy. He thought that was the weirdest thing you could imagine, a sponge talking to a squirrel. He started to laugh quietly, but you couldnt even hear him over Gregs laughter. All of a sudden Matt shot up cheering. He had beaten Chris! Chris was laughing at Matt. Sit down! I let you win because we were taking so long, Chris implied. Matt then sat down and said, Huh uh. Right! Sure Chris. They both started to laugh. Frankie then sighed and said, Saturday night and nothing to do! Brooke then asked, Hey when is Fad TV coming on? Frankie then looked at Brooke and said, Well its almost 9:30 so it should come on in 30 minutes. Brooke then looked at the clock and said, Oh my god! Im sorry guys but I have to go I told my mom Id be home by 9:30! Brooke then went up stairs and gathered her stuff. She gave Jesse a kiss on the cheek and ran out the door. The 5 guys just sat there and waited for someone to say something. They all looked at each back and forth. Silence had overcome the room. Jesse then said, Hey, you guys. They all looked at Jesse and he continued, Do really think those two guys were serious about us becoming a band? Frankie then said, I forgot all about that! Greg then said, Yeah me too. Hey Matt, dont you still have the card? Matt then pulled the card out of his pocket and said, Yep. Chris then said, Should we call? Frankie said, Go ahead. Just for the fun of it.

Chapter29
Matt handed Chris the card. Chris walked over to the phone, picked it up, and dialed. A man answered. Chris then said, Hi. Um 2 guys the other day gave us this card and uh before he got to finish the man interrupted, Oh yes I know please hold. Chris was put on hold for a few minutes until a guy answered saying, Hey this is Bryan. And their conversation went on from there. They discussed the meaning of Dream Street and Chris gave Bryan everyones phone number so Bryan could discuss this with their parents. Chris hung up the phone with Bryan after their long talk and went to go sit on the couch. Frankie had noticed that Brooke and Jesse had been going in and out of the kitchen several times for no reason before she left. He just kind of ignored that fact. Greg had changed the channel to Saturday Fight Jive. He was just cracking up when Bango Boy came on wearing a gold Speedo and a scarf. Jesse was also laughing but he was laughing so hard he almost feel off of his chair. Matt was laughing at Jesse and Bango Boy, and Chris was just sitting there laughing at how much of dorks the guys are. By 11 o clock all the guys went home and Frankie was left there all by himself. His phone then rang. He picked it up and said, Hello? A girl then answered, Hi is Frankie there? This is him. Hey Frankie! This is Whitney. Im sorry if Im calling too late. Oh hey Whitney. No its not too late at all my parents arent even home yet. So whats up? Nothing. I just wanted to know if you and the rest of the guys are doing anything next Friday? Um nothing that I know of. Okay well um do you want to go roller blading at Late Skate? Sure! he said excitedly. Then he said in a calm tone, I mean sure. Whitney started to laugh and said, Okay then. Um Frankie can I ask you a question? Yeah sure. Do you think Chris likes me? Frankie then kind of felt a little disappointed because it seemed like she liked Chris better. Yeah he might, because why wouldnt he NOT like a girl like you? Do you think I have a chance with him? Maybe. We can see Friday. They both laughed. Thanks Frankie. Ur welcome. Well Ive got to get up tomorrow for church so Ill talk to you later. Oh and by the way do you like Courtney? Yeah shes hot! The both laughed again. Oh well I was just wondering so bye. Bye. And Frankie hung up the phone. Meanwhile back at Kellys house. Chelsea and Allison were planning on spending the night again and they were getting ready for bed. Kelly then said out of the blue, I like Jessea lot. Chelsea and Allison froze and looked at Kelly. Allison then asked, What did you just say? I like Jesse. Kelly then sat on her bed. Chelsea and Allison seemed like they were in shock and could not believe what they had just heard.
Chapter30
Meanwhile back at Chris house, when Chris walked through the front door his mom said, Chris, Sam your cousin called. She wants to talk to you. Okay mom! Chris yelled well he was walking up his stairs. His mom added, Oh and some girl named Whitney called. She didnt leave number though. Chriss face was happy when she said Whitney, but when she said she didnt leave a number that smile when upside down. Chris went into his room and closed the door. He walked over to his bed and picked up the phone. He dialed Sams digits. The phone rang 4 times before Chris heard Sams voice saying, Hello?..Anyone there? Well Im not HAHA So leave a nice lil message for Sam after the annoying beep! Bye! Chris felt stupid because he just realized he was talking to her answering machine. Chris then heard the beep and said, Hey Sam this is Chris Im just calling you back. Well Ill catch ya later I guess. Bye. Chris hung up the phone. He then put his head down on the pillow and fell asleep. At Matts house his Mom greeted him with a hug and a big kiss on the forehead. Matt then said, Mom! Why must you do that? His mom started to laugh and said, Honey your too much. Oh and I made some cookies for you. Theyre on the kitchen counter. Matt then said while heading towards the kitchen, Thanks mom! Meanwhile, Greg was still walking home from Frankies. He was coming closer and closer to his house. He walked past Allisons house but it looked like no one was home. Greg walked into his quite house. Both his parents were sleeping and he walked slowly upstairs and got ready for bed. He looked at his answering machine and saw 01 blinking. He hit the play button and heard a formilar voice from the past, Uh hi Greg. You may not remember me but this is Kendra. I havent seen you since like 2nd grade and I just moved here to New York like a couple weeks ago. Actually Im not even sure if I called the right number. My friend Courtney said she knew you and gave me your number. So can you call me back? My number is 555-4539. You dont have to call me if you dont want to. I hope I called the right number but yeah. Well I hope to talk to you later. Bye Greg was surprised! He remembered him and Kendra were like best friends when they were little. He looked at the clock and noticed it was too late to call so he got into bed and feel asleep.

Chapter31
Jesse went home. His parents were on the couch in each others arms watching the news. Jesse said, Hey mom. Hey dad. Im home. and ran upstairs really quick ignoring his little brother playing on the stairs. He got into his room and his little sister was playing with his gel. She had got it all over her and the floor! Jesse saw her and yelled, Mom!!! Shes in it again!!!!! His mom then came up the stairs knowing what Jesse was talking about and cleaned up the mess she made. His little sister stumbled out of his room while his mom tried to carry her out. Jesse then sat on his bed and threw his things on his cherry hardwood floor. He put on some boxers and a tank and got into bed. He lay in bed thinking about Brooke. He started to wonder why he liked her and he couldnt think of one reason. Back at Kellys house, Kelly changed the subject just as soon as she said she liked Jesse and put in the movie Dude, Where My Cat? and Chelsea and Allison just kind of started to forget what she had said. They all were watching the movie cracking up. Then Kelly heard a rock hit the window. Kelly looked out and saw Matt. She opened the window. Matt then smiled and held up a bag of cookies. He then yelled in a girly voice, You guys want sum cookies? They both started to laugh and Kelly gestured for him to go to the front door. He then walked to the front door and waited for Kelly to let him in. Allison and Chelsea didnt even notice Kelly left the room. Matt and Kelly walked in and saw Chelsea and Allisons faces red from laughing so hard. Matt said, Hey ladies. Both Allison and Chelsea looked up with surprise. They all started cracking up. It was a good thing Kellys mom and Dad were sleeping. Chelsea and Matt were flirting like crazy. Allison and Kelly would just shake their heads at them. After the movie was over Matt looked at the time and noticed it was half past 2. He then said, Ok ladies I want you to breathein and out Okay ready for the news? They all looked at him like he was a retard and shook their heads yes. Its 2:30 A.M. and this pimp has got to go. Allison then mumbled under her breath, More like pimp wannabe. Matt then looked at Allison and said, What was that? Allison then tried to hold her laugh in and said, I said its sad that you have to leave. Matt then said, Yeah I know, but you guys are going to see me tomorrow, which is Monday, at school. Kelly then said, Dont remind me. They all laughed. Matt blew them all a kiss. Allison acted like she swatted it away. Then Matt opened the door, walked out, and closed it. Chelsea then said, Umm did he just walk into your closet? Matt then walked out casually and said, Yes I did. He then walked out the correct down and closed it behind him. They all started to laugh. Then they started to get tired and went to bed.
Chapter32
In the morning Chelsea and Allison had to leave early because they had to go to church with their families. Kelly went back to sleep after they both left. She was awaken at about 11 A.M. by a phone call. She picked it up being half awake and not really even noticing that there was actually a person on the other line. She said, Hello. The crayons did not go in the box by them selves now did they? She then heard Frankies voice, Um Kelly, are you ok? Kelly then began yelling in the phone, No I will not make you cheese! Frankie started cracking up and Kelly still wasnt officially awake. Kelly then started screaming, I will not take that young lady! You better park that frog before it eats that fly and breaks the mirror! Frankie was just cracking up trying to talk, but he couldnt make a word out of all of the laughter. Kelly then started drooling on the phone. Frankie then calmed down and said, Kelly? She then responded, The fork will not climb the moon till 12. Then Kelly hung up the phone. Frankie had no clue what was going on and just hung up. Kelly put the phone aside and placed her head on her teddy bear and hugged her pillow. Frankie then called Matts house and Matts younger brother, David Ballinger, picked up. David looked exactly like Matt and sometimes it was hard telling them apart. They both acted the same, but had different voices. Frankie and David were pretty good friends and David sometimes would hang out with them. Hello? Hey David is Matt there? No he just left. Do you know where he went? I think he went over to Gregs. Oh well when he gets back can you tell him that Frank called? Yeah. So whats up? Nothing really. Hey do you want to go to Late Skate with us Friday? I would but you know your cousin? Yeah. Well hes going to come over. Oh well. Just bring him along. Ok I guess. David then walked over to the window and saw Chelsea and Allison walking to the front door. David then said, Frankie?! Yeah? Can you come over? Like right now? Uh sure I guess. Why? Because Chelsea and Allison are walking over here right now! Oh Im on my way. Bye Bye, and David hung up the phone and ran upstairs to change out of his superman pajamas that his mom had bought him. While he was putting on his pants the doorbell rang and he raced downstairs trying to put his pants on. He got to the door and Chelsea and Allison looked surprised to see him. Chelsea then said, Hey David. Is your brother here? David tried to act cool and said, Nah sorry ladies, he went over to Gregs. Allison couldnt help but laugh at how David looked with no shirt on and his smiley face boxer shorts poking out of his zipper. David then looked down and noticed why she had been laughing. He didnt even realize he didnt have a shirt on! He put his hand over his boxers so that at least Chelsea wouldnt notice and invited them in. Chelsea and Allison both sat on the couch while David ran upstairs to fix his wardrobe. After a couple of minuets David came down stairs casually and sat on the couch next to Chelsea. So are you two girls going to Late Skate Friday? Chelsea then said, I think so. Allison replied, I might. Are you going David? Yeah. Im bringing Frankies cousin with me too. Chelsea then smiled and said, Oh. Hes so cute. I dunno why but I like younger guys. Allison then said, Yeah Chelsea, we all know! They all began to laugh. Then there was the sound of two people talking.
Chapter33
The front door then flew open with Matt and Greg standing there. All eyes were on Matt. Matt then tried to grab the door and said, Oops! I pushed to hard Matt noticed David, Allison, and Chelsea on the couch. Oh hello. They all waved. Greg then ran over to Allison and acted like he was going to jump on her. She squirmed to try to push him away. Greg then gave her a kiss on the cheek. Greg went over to a chair and patted his lap for Allison to come sit on. She walked over and sat on his lap while Matt took Allisons place. Mean while, Frankie was about to leave when a girl approached him at his door. She was a tall and had brown hair and brown eyes. She then spoke, Um, hi. Frankie then replied impulsively with a smirk on his face, Hey. Im Whitneys cousin, Krista. By now they were both walking next to each other. So I heard that you dont have a girlfriend. Frankie then tripped over his shoelace before he could reply. Krista then hurried to help him up and said, Oh my god are you ok? Frankie straightened himself up and said laughing, Yeah Im okay. Krista then saw her friend, Brittany in her yard playing baseball with Taylor. Brittany waved at Krista and Krista told Frankie, Well Ive got to go. See ya. Yeah see ya. Krista went to join Brittany and Taylor. Frankie then continued walking to Matts house feeling like a total klutz. Back at the Ballinger house, David and Matts mom came through the front door holding up a pair of boxers with the rat in hat print on it. Davids eyes grew large and his face turned red at the sight of his mom standing there with the pair of boxers in her hands. Before Davids mom noticed that there was more than Matt and David in the living room she said, David, Miss James down the street got that blue cheese stain out of your favorite boxers! Everyone was cracking up and David jumped over the couch and grabbed his boxers out of her hands. His mom apologized to David and excused herself from the room. David shoved the boxers into his pants pocket and ran upstairs to his room. Everyone was still laughing when the doorbell rang. Matt got up and opened it. It was Frankie, and he was soaking wet! Matt then tried to hold in his laugh and asked, What happened to you? Frankie then began to laugh drawing everyone elses attention that was in the room. Before Frankie got to explain David started come down the stairs and stopped on the middle step. He began laughing so hard that he sat down so he wouldnt go tumbling down the stairs. Frankie then said, Well I was kind of walking here and I was taking a short-cut through Sams yard. She was having a party and uhwell you dont want to hear the rest. Allison then asked, Sam as in Chriss cousin Sam? And Frankie replied, Yeah. Oh yeah Chris was there. He said hi Frankie, do share, Matt said casually with an urge. Okay, but you guys are going to laugh. Well I cut into her yard and some blonde was running and slammed into me By now everyone was paying attention to Frankie. And when she slammed into me, this brunette and other blonde spilled their water on me. Everyone in the whole room was laughing so hard. Matt then said calming down, Well uh, I guess since Frankie is still wet we should go outside. Everyone got up and went outside.
Chapter34
Brooke was in her room looking through her closet trying to find something to wear for Friday, and her younger sister came in and started to annoy her. Gawd! Sarah! Get out! Go bother mom! Sarah then said innocently, Im not annoying you and besides mom isnt home. Are you looking for something to wear for tomorrow for school? Brooke getting even more annoyed said, No! Its for Friday. Now get out! Why? What are you doing Friday? Im going somewhere now leave! Sarah then said, No I dont have to. And Im telling mom what happened to her lighthouse that nana gave her. Oh no you wont! And why is that? Because I know what happened to Barkleys dog dish! That wasnt me! Well it is now. Sarahs face got really red and she left the room. Brooke smiled to herself. Just as Brooke continued looking through her closet, the doorbell rang. She raced her sister to the door, and Brooke pushed Sarah out of the way and knocked her down. Brooke laughed at her sister when she saw Jesse at the door. Brooke let him in and said with a smile on her face, Hey Jesse! Jesse flashed her his sexy smile and followed Brooke to her room. So Brooke, are you going to Late Skate Friday? Yeah, are you? Yep. Jesse then fished through his pocket and said, Oh I have something for you. He then pulled out a pair of earrings. Jesse handed them to her and Brooke put them on her dresser. Thank you so much. I was looking for those. No prob. Brooke then drew her attention out the window looking at the construction workers on the roof next door. She thought they were pretty hot. When she was looking at them, one of them turned their head and saw her staring at him. Brooke then got scared and turned around and looked at Jesse. Jesse then looked at his watch and it was almost 5. Jesse then told Brooke sweetly, Hey Brooke, sorry to leave so quickly, but I have a baseball game soon. Brooke was kind of disappointed and said, Okay. Brooke walked Jesse to the door and Jesse gave her a peck on the check and left. Back at Matts house, Allison was playing with a blade of grass and making that annoying high-pitch sound with it. Everyone was covering their ears and yelling at her to stop and she would just laugh. When Allison was making that noise for the 100th time, Matt ran up behind her and grabbed the grass and ripped it up and threw the pieces in the air.

Chapter35
By 6 o clock everyone left to go home from the Ballinger house. Greg and Allison walked home together. They were both talking about Friday. When Greg got to Allisons house he gave her a big hug and walked her to her door. She gave him a soft kiss on the lips, when Allisons little brother dropped a water balloon on their heads! Allison and Greg were soaking wet! Allison kept her cool then closed the door behind her running up stairs to try and hit her brother. She saw him running around laughing, and making bird noises. She ran to tackle him and he yelled, Mom! Allison couldnt help but laugh. Her mom yelled up the stairs, Allison stop annoying your brother and come down here to eat dinner. Allison walked downstairs and had dinner. Back at the Ballinger house, David and Matt were sitting at the dinner table eyeing the last bread stick in the basket and then each other. As their hands raced to get the last bread stick, their dads hand snatched it. David and Matt hit hands confused on where the bread stick went, then looked at their dad who was eating it. The look on their faces was priceless! Mrs. Ballinger was laughing and said, Well thats a Kodak moment. Thank god my friends arent still here, Matt said under his breath. After dinner Matt and David went upstairs and took turns to brush their teeth and shower. They both set their alarm clocks and got into bed. Monday morning came and nobody wanted to go to school! When they got to school they were ready to go back to bed. At lunch Greg sat next to Allison and asked her if she wanted a kiss. He then reached into his pocket, got out a Meresy Kiss, and placed it in her hand. Allison smiled at Greg and ate the candy. The day ended as the sun lowered, as so did Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Friday had finally come! School went by slow and by 4 o clock everyone was getting ready to go to Late Skate. At Chriss house, Chris had been putting gel in his hair while the phone started to ring. Mom are you going to get that?! Chris yelled receiving no answer. Mom!!! Still no answer. Chris washed the gel off his hands and ran to the phone in the hall. Hello? Hi may I please speak to Chris Trousdale? This is Chris. Hi Chris! This is Kevin. Hi. Well I called you concerning Dream Street. Okay. Im listening. Well we have a record company who are interested in hearing you guys, is there anyway we can schedule an appointment? Yeah of course!

So is there any date or time you may have a problem with? It cant be tonight or tomorrow. Okay. How about this Sunday at 12ish? Sounds fine with me, but you might want to call everyone else and ask them about their plans. Will do. Dont forget to tell your parents. Ill be sure to do that. Well, hope to c-ya soon. Bye. Bye. Chris hung up the phone and ran around the house trying to find his mom. He found her outside watering her gardens flowers. Chris told her everything Kevin had told him and before she got to reply he ran back upstairs to finish getting ready. At 6 o clock everyone was at Late Skate putting on their skates. Brooke saw a sticker machine and dug into her pocket for some quarters. She got out three quarters and placed them into the Lous Clues section. Out came a Lou Clues Sticker. She was feeling hyper and stuck the Lous Clues sticker on her forehead. She grabbed Jesse away from Kelly, who was talking to him. She dragged him onto the skating floor. She was singing, Lous Cluuues, Lous Clues! All of a sudden she tripped on her skate and fell flat on her face! Jesse was laughing like crazy while he helped her get up. Brooke was so embarrassed she went back over to everyone else while her and Jesse was laughing. They sat down and joined in on their conversation. There was a moment of silence then Allison said, Hey, my aunt is having me house sit her house this weekend and she has a big pool that she said I was welcome to use anytime. So does anyone want to go swimming tomorrow? Everyone was saying yeah! Chelsea then heard her favorite song P.M. to A.M. playing. She grabbed David and skated him to the skate floor. Kelly then said, What the heck, and grabbed Matt. The night went on and everyone was having a great time. Then a girl approached Greg, Greg? Greg turned around quickly and studied the girls face. Its me, Kendra. Greg stood up and gave her a hug. I havent seen you for a long time, Kendra! I know. Im sorry I didnt call you back. It was too late when I received it and I accidentally deleted it. Oh its ok. Allison just sat there while Greg and Kendra talked about the old times. While Chris and Frankie were having a chugging contest with root beer, Whitney sat down next to them watching them make pigs out of themselves. They both didnt notice her until Chris slammed down his soda can and belched. Whitney had a disgusted look on her while she was trying to hold in her laugh. Chriss face turned red with embarrassment. Frankie then slammed down his can and was shocked to see Whitney and Chriss red face. Whitney then said, Well hello there, you two. Chris did his little nod thing with his head and Frankie winked and made a click-click noise with his mouth. Whitney started flirting with Chris like crazy and Chris started to hold her hand. Chris got caught up in the moment and leaned in to kiss Whitney. They started to make out then a man with a Late Skate shirt on came over and nudged Chriss arm, Excuse me, but this is a family area and things like that should be saved for the movie theaters. Thanks kid. The man walked away and Chris and Whitney felt embarrassed. There was an awkward feeling that overcame both of them.
Chapter37
After Late Skate, they all started to walk home. It was cold while Allison, Greg, Kendra, Chris, Whitney, Jesse, Brooke, Kelly, Chelsea, Frankie, Matt, David, and Frankies cousin walked on the street all together in a big group. Chris told everyone about their new band, Dream Street and told the other guys about how they want to hear them sing. After they all got to Prune St. they spilt up in 3 groups; Matt, David, Frankie, Frankies cousin, and Kelly; Chelsea, Allison, and Greg; Brooke, Jesse, Kendra, Chris, and Whitney. They all said goodnight to the other groups. Greg and Allison walked together holding hands while Greg kept rambling on about how Kendra and him used to be best friends. Allison was feeling that Greg had a little bit too much interest in Kendra for just being friends. David and Matt were hitting each other, like brothers usually do, laughing. Then David got pushed into the street. He could feel something coming, so he tried to come up quickly, then a large flash glared into his eyes. He fainted. When he came to he was lying on the sidewalk with Matt right above him looking scared. Frankies cousin, and Kelly were sitting on the grass, while Frankie paced back and forth. David? David? Can you hear me? David? Matt repeated trying to wake up David. David then mumbled something with the strength that he had left in him. As soon as David made a sound, everyone came running over to him. David then managed to say, What happened? Frankie then said, You were almost run over by a car, but Matt jumped out in front of it to push you away. He saved your life. David looked at Matt and said calmly, Thank you. Cool chills went up Matts back and he noticed David was okay. He grabbed Davids hand to help him up. David then said, It happened so quickly. Kelly then noticed how sweet Matt was. Was this real? Was she actually starting to like Matt? She couldnt believe it. They then were coming up to Kellys house. As soon as she reached the lawn, she said good-bye to everyone and whispered to Matt, Youre really sweet and that was really brave of you. She then gave him a soft peck on the cheek and walked to her door. Meanwhile, Chris and Whitney were flirting like crazy while Jesse and Brooke got to know Kendra better. Kendra and Whitney were already friends. As they came up to Bridge Ridge DR. Kendra heard something in the bushes and she screamed. Then a rabbit ran out of the bushes and into another yard. Everyone started laughing at her. She felt stupid, and laughed at herself. By the time they got to Brookes house Kendra had became friends with Brooke and Jesse. Brooke had Jesse come with her home and she and Jesse told everyone bye. Kendra waited for Chris and Whitney to catch up, because they were walking so slow. Kendra then said, My god you two! Why dont you just go out? Chris and Whitney then looked @ each other and laughed. Chris then got on his knees and held Whitneys hand. Will you go out with me, Whitney? They all started laughing and Whitney said, Oh Chris. I thought youd never ask! They were acting so corny that when ever Kendra thought of it on her way home she would laugh.
Chapter38
Everyone had got home by 11 o clock. When Brooke got home with Jesse her mom then said, Brooke? Is that you honey? Yes, mom! Its Jesse and me. Well can you two come here. Theres someone who wants to see you! Brooke and Jesse walked into the living room to see a dorky blonde girl sitting on the couch. She was wearing big glasses, a size too big plaid shirt, and dirty overalls. Her hair was really puffy and had some what looked like twigs in it. When Brooke and Jesse came closer to her, they could smell her nasty stench. Her name was Katie; she was Brookes bratty cousin. Brooke could not stand her at all, and Jesse had heard a lot about herand not in the good way. Her smell was really getting to them. Brooke then said quickly, Mom, Jesse and I have to go get something. Well be right back. Oh and Mom can I go swimming tomorrow with Allison? Yeah sure honey. Why dont you take Katie with you? Brooke gave her mom a look. But Allison doesnt know Katie. Yes she does honey. You took her over to Allisons before. Brooke gave her mom an even bigger look. Katie wasnt even paying attention to what they were saying. She was just sitting there picking her pimples. Jesse then cut in, Well its getting late. Maybe I should go. Brooke then looked at Jesse as if she was begging him to stay. Jesse then looked at his watch and said, Oh wait I guess I forgot to set my watch an hour behind. Brooke then smiled at Jesse and said thank you with no sound. Brooke took Jesse up stairs. When Brooke and Jesse got into her room, there were bright green luggage bags on the ground. Jesse then looked at Brooke and said, Well, um Im going to go. Brooke then held him REALLY tight. Ok Ill stay, but you owe me. Brooke then smiled big. Meanwhile at Chelseas house, Chelsea opened her parents door. Her dad was watching the news and her mom was reading a book. Mom, Dad. Their attention drew to her. Im home. Chelseas mom then said, Well how was Late Skate? It was fun. Can I go swimming tomorrow? Her mom and dad looked at each other, Yeah. As long as there is supervision. Chelsea then lied to her parents by saying, Allisons aunt is going to be there. Ok. Oh and Chelsea, Ya. We have something to tell you. Her parents had a look of concern on their faces. Chelsea then sat down next to her mom. Her mom then held her hand, Chelsea, promise you wont hate us for this? Chelsea then looked confused and answered quietly, Yeah of course. Youre dad is getting transferred. Oh my god! Where to? Arkansas. Im so sorry. Chelsea then felt like she was just going to die. How could she leave all of her friends and her house shes lived in? Chelsea then walked to her room without saying a word.
Chapter39
Kelly was at her house playing ping-pong with her little sister. Her other sister and parents had left to go to Grannys. Kelly and her sister didnt want to go. Her sister accidentally hit her in the head with a paddle. Kelly then yelled, You little ars! Youre going to give me a bloody bruise! Then Kelly started cracking up laughing. Her sister just stood there and tried to figure out if she might have threw the paddle a little bit too hard. The phone then rang. Kelly picked it up. Hello? All Kelly could hear on the other line was someone breathing hard. Hello?! Still, the same breathing. Matt? Is that you? The breathing was getting harder. What the hell is your problem? You sick jerk! Kelly then slammed down the phone. Her sister then asked, Who was that Some pervert. They started to play ping-pong again when the phone rang. Kelly then put down her paddle and picked up the phone. Hello? It was the same caller. God stop it! then there was a strange and unfamiliar voice saying, Dont look outside. Kelly then hung up and dialed 911. Hello what is your emergency? Hi, Im Kelly. I keep on getting these weird phone calls and Im home alone with my sister. It was a man breathing really hard and he told me not to look outside. Honey, it might just be a prank caller. Then she got a beep and she then said, He keeps calling! Its freaking me out! Just send a cop over here. Im sorry, but we dont make calls like that. Lady, please! Fine well send a cop over by 4 A.M. 4 A.M.?! I might be dead by then! Well try the hardest we can to get someone over there. Just as Kelly was about to start yelling at the operator again, a sound came from upstairs! It sounded like a windows glass just broke. Kelly then screamed into the phone, Someone is breaking into my house! Calm down, a car is on its way. Thank you! Kellys phone then went dead. Kellys sister and her grabbed each other tightly and Kelly grabbed a paddle and dragged her sister into a closet and motioned for her to be quite. They heard footsteps coming down the stairs. Kelly and her sister were squeezing each other tight. Siren sounds were echoing coming from down the street. Kelly had a gather of relief come over her, but she was still scared. The footsteps stopped. There was a pounding on their door. The police broke down the door. Kelly heard the sliding door in the basement open and close quickly. The sounds of the policemen were unreal. Kellys alarm clock went off. She had drooled all over herself. She wiped her spit and looked around her room. She then said to herself, It was all a dream.
Chapter 40
Saturday morning Allison went over to her aunts house, ready to house sit. Her aunt went through all of the needs and took off. While Allison was waving bye to her aunt driving away in the taxi, she relized she forgot to tell her about her little pool party she planned. Oh well, she thought, Its not like shes going to be home while theyre here.
Back at Brookes house,
Brooke woke up looking around her room she relized someones arm was wrapped around her. She saw the hairy arm and thought it was Jesses. She started to kiss it and said, Wake up sleepy head. She turned around to see Jesse, but instead she found her smelly cousin Katie sleeping right next to her. Katie had drooled on Brookes back! Brooke screamed and jumped up, knocking Katie off the bed. Katie slept right through it. Brooke was looking around her room for Jesse and saw a note on her dresser. She walked over to it and picked it up. It said:
-Brooke,
Your cousin kicked me out of bed, so Im going to walk home. I didnt want to wake you. When you read this I assume it will be Saturday, so Ill see you at Allisons tonight.

Brooke then threw the note away and went to take a shower.
At Gregs house,
Greg called Allisons house hoping for her to be up. Allisons mom answered and told Greg her aunts phone number. Greg thanked her and called Allison. Hello? Hey baby. Hey Greg, Allison said while laughing. I just wanted to know what time you want me over? UmmmI dunno, I guess whenever you want. As a mater of fact, you can come over now and Ill make you breakfast. Okay. Ill be over in a jiffy. Allison laughed at how corny the word jiffy was. Bye. Bye. Greg grabbed his trunks and a towel. He ran downstairs quickly and was out the door. It took him 6 blocks to realize he didnt change out of his pajamas! He was too far to turn back, so he continued on his way.
At Kendras house,
Kendra woke up feeling lost. She still hadnt got used to waking up in a whole other state. She got up slowly, taking her time, and turned on the television. She then pressed to the button intercom which went to her moms room. Mom, are you up yet? Her mom answered back, Yes. What do you want? Can you make me breakfast in bed? Sure honey, what do you want? Waffles, please. Kendra then jumped back in bed and watched Sponge Kob Round Pants. Just as she was settiling into her soft covers, the phone rang. Kendras moms voice came through the intercom, Kendra. Its for you! While Kendra was getting up she asked, Who is it? Its some boy. Kendra got up fastly to answer the phone. Got it mom! Hello? then her moms phone clicked off. Hey. Hi, who is this? Frankie. Im Gregs friend just incase you dont remember me. I remember you. Youre the one of the two with blonde hair? No. Oh youre the one with brown hair. Yeah. And with the tan. No. Frankie let out a small but quiet laugh. Well who are you? Im just kidding with you. I know who you are. Oh good, you scared me there. They both laughed. So whyd you call me? Well Allison wanted to know if you were coming over to go swimming. Oh I forgot she invited me. Hold on let me ask my mom. Ok. Kendra went over to the intercom and pressed the whole house button, Mom. Can I go swimming with Allison today? Only if youre room is clean. Her mom answered. Kendra went back on the phone with Frankie, Ok back. My mom said I could. I know I heard. They both laughed. Frankie then started to sing, I was gonna clean my room, but then I got high. Then Kendra added, I love that song! Yah me too. Well Ive got to go. See ya tonight. Aight. Bye. Bye.

Chapter 41
At Chelseas house,
Chelsea woke up and went downstairs to eat breakfast. After she finished she jumped in a nice warm shower. When she was rinsing out the shampoo, the phone rang Chelsea got as much shampoo out as she could and grabbed a towel. She ran to her room and picked it up, Hello? Hey Chels, its me Allison, I just wanted you to know to come over today at about 2. While Allison was saying that, Chelsea got shampoo in her eye. Chelsea screamed, Oww! What happened? Chelseas eye was stinging really bad. She dropped the phone and ran to wash her eye out. As soon as Chelsea got back to the phone, Allison had hung up. Oh well thought Chelsea. She hung up the phone and finished her shower. As soon as she got out she got dressed in her Strawberry shortcake shirt and denim hip huggers. She blow dried her hair and put on her makeup. She looked at the clock and noticed it was almost 2! She grabbed her suit and put in it her bag, while looking for her towel.

Back at Chriss house,

Whitney had come over to have lunch with him. As Chris was finishing his sandwich he looked at the clock. Hey Whit, we got to go to Allisons soon. Whitney shook her head yes and she wiped her mouth. Chris cleaned up as Whitney went into the bathroom to get ready and put her waterproof mascara on. As soon as she was done, they headed out the door.

At Allisons aunts house,

Everyone had come except for Brooke. They were all outside in the back swimming. Allison and Greg and Whitney and Chris were playing chicken fights in the pool. Just as Whitney was almost pushing down Allison, Brooke came with her cousin Katie. Jesse went up to Brooke and gave her a hug while he was soaking wet and got Brooke all wet. Brooke and Jesse laughed. Katie was picking her nose while standing there. Brooke wanted her to leave. Brooke then told Katie that Brooke forgot her purple dinosaur at home and wanted Katie to go get it, so Katie walked home. Brooke couldnt believe it was that easy. Chelsea saw Brooke and went up to go greet her. As she was running to get her towel, she fell flat on her front! That was the 5th time today she had fell! Everyone started to laugh with her. Chelsea then told everyone about how she has to move. Everyone couldnt believe it.

3 hours later,

Everyone had been swimming, relaxing in the hot tub, or eating. David took Chelsea away from everyone else to the gazebo. David then asked Chelsea if she liked him, even though he was one year younger than her. Yeah I like you David, Do you like me? Yeah, So you wanna go out? Sure. David thought that was kind of corny. They were making out when Matt and Kelly snuck up behind them. Matt taped Chelseas shoulder and ducked down under the shrubs with Kelly. Chelsea then pulled back and said, David did you just tap me? No? Chelsea then ignored it and continued making out with David. Then Kelly taped Davids shoulder. David ignored it. Then Matt and Kelly tapped David and Chelseas shoulders at the same time and ran away laughing. Chelsea and David watched them run away. David then asked, Do you wanna go back with everyone else? Sure.

Kendra was staring at Chris and Whitney wishing she had a guy like that. Mario, Frankies cousin came up to Kendra and started talking with her for a while. They were making fun of Frankie acting like Allison. When Allison noticed she slapped Frankies arm and told him to stop while laughing. Chris told the rest of the guys about tomorrow with the record company and they all were kind of scared about it. The girls were on the other side of the patio talking and decided to play, what else, truth or dare. Since the guys werent aware that they were playing Chelsea dared Kendra to kiss Mario. Since Kendra never takes a chicken, she walked up to Mario and gave him a big kiss. He looked shocked as she walked away. All the girls were laughing. Mario thought in his mind, Girls are so confusing.
The night passed on and everyone went home.

Sunday morning,

All they guys had spent the night at the Ballinger house. David and Matt woke up first and went to get some breakfast. They decided to drive to Wrispy Cream Donuts. They got a couple dozens glazed donuts and brought them back home. When they got back, everyone had already awaked. They ate the donuts in a sleepy silence. Their silence broke with Mr. Ballinger walking by the kitchen wearing a merman suit. David and Matts mouths dropped. Then Mr. Ballinger walked in, and while doing a karate move said, Hi-ya! Everyone started laughing. Matt then said, Dad, what the hell? Sorry guys, Im just practicing. David then added, For what? How to embarrass your sons? Ah so Im succeeding! Nah Im just joking. Im just trying on my costume for the Emerys party. Your mom is a mermaid. David and Matt looked at each other.

Later that day,

The boys were all outside playing basketball and talking about graduation thats coming up when a stretch limo parked by the yard. The window rolled down; it was Brian and Kevin in the limo. You guys ready to go? Chris, Greg, Matt, Frankie, and Jesse all got in the limo and drove off to the record company. All the guys were silent on the way there. Chris had butterflies in his stomach.

Chapter 42

At Brookes house,

Brooke was painting her nails when the phone rang she pressed speaker and said, Talk to me. Chelseas voice was on the other line. Brooke, youre the weirdest blonde I know. Why thanks Chels, Brooke said sarcastically. Yeah well anyway, guess what? Let me guess you grew your first pickle? Howd you know?! Brooke and Chelsea then laughed. No but seriously Im going out with David. Really?! When? How? Chelsea filled Brooke in on all the details. Wow Chels. So are you taking David to prom? Oh I forgot about that. I guess Ill ask him to escort me. You better do it soon, cuz its coming up in one month! Oh my god! It is! So is Jesse taking you? Well I think so. He hasnt asked me yet. Oh well Im sure he will soon. Yeah. Lets go shopping for our dresses this Saturday. Ok? Alright. Well get everyone to go. Yeah. Hey I wonder how the guys are doing at the studio. Oh I know! Jesse said hed call me and tell me the news when he got back. Brooke was interrupted by her mom, Brooke you need to get off the phone, and I need to use it. Okay mom, hold on. Hey Chels? Yeah. I got to let you go. Ok bye. Bye. Brooke hung up the phone and continued painting her nails.

The following Saturday,

All the girls had got dates for the prom and were ready to go shopping. Brooke and Jesse were going; Allison and Greg; Kendra and Mario; David and Chelsea; Chris and Whitney; Matt and Kelly. The guys all pitched in for a limo. The girls went to the mall to get their dresses. By the end of the day all the girls got their dresses. Chelseas was black with a slit on the side and criss cross in the back. Whitneys was shiny purple with a low cut back. Kendras was baby blue with gems on the top. Kellys was silver with a halter-top to it. Brookes was pastel pink with criss-cross ribbon in the back. They all had matching shoes and purses.

At Kellys house,

Kelly! Cmon we got to go to the doctors for your check up! Kellys mom yelled up the stairs. Kelly had been going to the doctors monthly for a checkup on her heart. She had been keeping it a secret her whole life from her friends. The only people that knew about it were her mom, sisters, and her dad. She had cancer in her heart when she was little. Even though it went away she still had to go back to the doctors. Kelly grabbed her shoes and hopped into the car. On the drive to the doctors Kelly told her mom about her new dress. Kelly and her mom sat in the waiting room patiently for the doctor in the room. Kelly was used to the routine they went through. She would get a shot and a physical. Then leave. The routine went the same, but after she was done the doctor asked Kellys mom to speak with her in the other room. Kelly waited for her mom in the waiting room. After five minuets passed, her mom came out in tears trying to force a smile to Kelly. Whats wrong mom? Well talk about it on the way home. Kelly and her mom got into the car and began to drive. Now will you tell me? Kellys mom looked at her deeply while trying to keep the car on the road. Kelly, DR. Lauren said thatyour cancer is back and its spreading rapidly. They may have a cure for it, but it may not be soon enough. By now Kelly had a lump in her throat and her eyes turned red. Am I going to die? There was silence in the car between them. As tears ran down Kelly and her moms face, a car came speeding by and rammed them in the drivers side. Kellys mind went blank and awoke to a woman looking down at her on an operating table. Kelly couldnt speak. I think shes waking up, said the nurse.
Chapter 43
At Frankies house,
Frankie had been all caught up in Dream Street and forgot to ask a girl to the freshman prom! He realized that most of his friends that were girls had dates. Who could he ask?! He called Brooke and wondered if she could hook him up with someone. Jesse was over at Brookes house and they were playing with Brookes new Z box. Brooke picked up the phone thinking that it was beeping on low battery, and when she picked it up, it rang! Brooke screamed and dropped the phone on Jesses sensitive spot. Jesse yelled Oh SHHHHHHHHHHICK! Brooke apologized and answered the phone laughing. Hello? Brooke managed over her laughter. Hey Brookit. Hey Frankfurt. Whats up? Nothing really, but I need to ask you a favor. Sure. Shoot. Well are there any friends you could hook me up with for the freshman prom? Brooke then thought for a while. Jesse noticed Brooke thinking while he was recovering. Since he has never seen her think hard before, because Brooke usually has brain fartsa lot. He asked, Brooke, is your brain hurting again? No, no...well maybe a little. We need to find a girl for Frank. Jesse then thought hardwhich he hardly does too. The two were interrupted by a gasly smell. Jesse scrunched up his face disgust. What the hell is that smell? Good job Jesse! You rhymed! Katie then yelled, Honey! Im homo! Jesse and Brooke started laughing as hey gagged over the smell. She then heard Brookes mom say, Its honey, Im home! Jesse and Brooke stopped laughing and looked at each other as if they had a bright idea! Brooke then said, Frankie I have the perfect girl for you! Since Brooke knew that Frankie hadnt seen Katie before, because when they had gone to Allisons Katie left before Frankie saw her. Who? My cousin Katie! Oh can you put Jesse on the phone. We need to talk guy talk. Brooke handed Jesse who had been laughing on the floor almost rolling on the X box, the phone. Hello? Hey Jesse. Now this Katie girl, is she built? Ya know? Oh yeah shes built! And shes a blonde. DAMN! Is she hot? Jesse looked over at Katie sweating and said, Oh yeah! So much to make you sweat! So shes a knockout eh? Yeah she could really knock, you, out. Brooke who had been ease-dropping on the other phone had to hit mute so she could let out her major laughter. Aight then tell Brooke Ill be happy to escort Katie to the sophomore dance. Ok then see ya man. Bye. Jesse then went to Brooke who had the phone still in her hand laughing. Brooke hung up the phone and her and Jesse did their little high-five thing laughing. Brooke then told Katie she got her a date for the prom and Katie started to do the chicken dance. Brooke walked off to let Katie be herself.
Back at Chriss house,
Chris was talking to Whitney on the phone telling her about how the guys got a gig in Cali and theyre doing a photo shoot this weekend. Whitney didnt have much of a reaction because it was hard to believe! She congratulated him and tried to change the subject. So did you hear about that guy Erick in our gym class? NO what? He had some condoms in his bag and someone caught him in the bathroom trying to put one on! Chris and Whitney started laughing like crazy. Chris then said smoothly, Guess I should get some for you and me. Whitney and Chris started laughing. Nah Im just playing. Oh damn and I was looking forward to it. Chris then felt himself get a little bit more happy. They both started to laugh and Chris tried to think of grandma in bathtub and his happy went down. Eww! Chris said forgetting he was talking to Whitney on the phone. What? Oh sorry I was just thinking of, uhthe school mystery meat. Oh ok. Whitney said as she laughed. Well Ive got to go to my dance class. So Ill see you tomorrow? Yeah. Bye. Bye. Whitney hung up the phone and smiled to herself while she got her dance bag.

Chapter 44
At Chelseas,
Chelsea was watching the Arkansas video her mom told her to watch, because Chelsea thought Arkansas was the most boring place in the world, and she was having to move there after school is over! After watching it for a while she noticed it wasnt so bad. The houses were pretty cool and she saw some pretty hot guys. After watching the whole movie she had a whole different impression of Arkansas. She was still sad about moving and didnt want the summer to come, but it was coming sooner and sooner. Chelsea then received a phone call while she was rewinding the video. Hello? Hi is this Chelsea Coxtrail? Yes. Hi. Im from the New York City hospital and Im sorry to tell you this but before this man went on Chelsea got goose bumps and thought they were about to give her bad news about her dad; who had been gone for 5 hours and just went to go grocery shopping. your friend Kelly Allenton, has had an accident and she was calling for you. She wanted me to call you and come down here, Thank you. Tell her Ill be down in a while. She hung up the phone and ran down stairs to her mom. MOM! Take me to the NYC hospital! Chelseas mom was frightened by how loud she was and how her anger was pouring out. NOW! Chelsea yelled as she grabbed her shoes and her moms car keys. Chelseas mom hurried and drove her to the hospital. Chelsea explained the phone call she received on the way there. Chelsea ran out of the car to the front desk and asked, Wheres Kelly Allenton at? She said it so fast the receptionist didnt understand her then Chelseas mom asked the same question calmly so the lady could understand. She directed Chelsea to the room. Chelsea hated hospitals, because every time she came here to visit someone; they ended up passing away in at least a week. She hated the sounds, the smell, and just the feeling in there. Kelly cant die! We have plans to go to college in California together so we can share an apartment! We have to go to prom and graduate from this sophomore year! We promised to be friends forever! We were going to be pen pals as soon as I moved! Chelsea said to herself as she was in the elevator going up to Kellys floor. DING! The elevator arrived on her floor. Chelsea slowly walked out. Wait! I still dont know what this accident was and how bad it is. She could have just fallen off her bike or something! Chelsea reassured herself. She arrived at Kellys room, room 232. Chelsea slowly opened the door. She heard the monitors and saw Kelly lying there in bed hooked up to all those wires. Kelly forced as smile as she saw Chelsea. Seeing Kelly like this Chelsea began to cry softly, letting it all out. What happened? Chelsea said over her tears. My mom and I were in a car accident. No biggy. I only sprang my arm. I havent heard about how my mom is doing yet. Chelsea tried to stop crying. Oh god, you scared me. I thought that you were going to die on me! Kelly then looked away and said sadly, Chels, I have something to tell you. Chelsea then sat next to Kelly and looked concerned. Kelly told her about her heart condition and how she had been keeping it a secret for years. As Kelly was finishing Chelsea and Kelly were crying together. Why didnt you tell me? I didnt want anyone to treat me differently because of it. I know that we promised never to keep any secret from each other, but that was one I had to keep. Chelsea started to understand and continued, Well do you know when youre getting out? They said I can go tonight if Im lucky or maybe tomorrow morning. Thats good. So did you know that Matts parents were a merman and mermaid at that one party? Chelsea and Kelly started laughing as Kelly said, No. Well they were cracking up over the latest gossip, a wide lady in a nurses outfit came in and told Chelsea she had to leave, because she had bad news for Kelly. Chelsea then got up slowly and told Kelly to call her when she got out. Chelsea closed the door and went down to her mom. Kelly took a deep breath and was ready for the news. Ok? So whats the news? The large lady took a soothing breath and sat down in the chair that Chelsea had been sitting in. Your mom just died. Kellys eyes got big and teary. How? When? She died from all of the injuries on her body and it had cracked her spinal cord. If it werent for her you would be dead with more than a sprung arm. She just died 3 minuets ago. Kelly and the large lady she didnt know started to cry together.
At Gregs house
Greg had been playing his guitar while his mom brought in his underwear. She threw it at him and said, GREG! You need to stop putting this pair of underwear on your dogs head! Greg then said, But I didnt do it! Well then who did?! I dont know! Gregs mom then started to laugh at Gregs face and put away the rest of his clothes. Greg threw his underwear back at his mom as Allison popped her head into his room. Allison said softly, Um hi. Greg stood up forgetting he had his guitar strap attached to him and it knocked him in the wrong placehard. Greg let out a little whine and tried to stand back up. Allison felt sorry for Greg and said, Dont get up. I have something for you. Greg saw Allisons smile thinking he was getting a kiss and said, Hey mom. I can put away the rest of my clothes. Gregs mom then put the clothes down and left the room. Allison and Greg watched her walk out. Allison pulled out a small box with a piece of paper attached and handed it to Greg. Dont open it till I leave. Allison gave Greg a kiss then walked out the door. Greg smiled and thought how lucky he was to have a girl like Allison. He looked out his window and saw Allison walk over to her house. Greg took off his guitar and read the note to himself.

Greg opened the box with a confused look on his face. The box was empty. He tried to shake it but nothing.


Chapter 45
At the Ballinger house,
Matt was playing Clay Station when his dad came in and smiled at Matt. Matt was really in the game and quickly looked at his dad then the game. What? Matt said getting annoyed. Matt, can you hit pause? Matt hit pause and looked at his dad. Son, I know how you are going to the dance soon and usually what happens after Before he finished Matt cut in, Um Dad. Is this about sex? Well yeah. Save your breathe then, they taught us all about this in school. They did?! Yeah. Every school does Dad. Oh. Even playing it safe? Yeah. Matts dad felt a little foolish, so he left the room mumbling something to himself. Matt started playing his game again. David and Mario came running through the room with water guns and started spraying Matt. Matt car crashed as he squirmed from the water. God Damn it! When Matt turned around to yell at them, they were already outside the front door. Matt turned off the game and went upstairs to call Kelly. Matt walked into his lacross themed bedroom. He walked over to his cordless and dialed her number as he sat on the bed. The phone kept on ringing. Matt thought she was probably gone out to dinner since it was near 6.
At Chelseas house,
Chelsea came home hungry and a little bit shocked. Her mom made an Itailin dinner as Chelsea set the table. She wasnt really paying attention and kept staring off thinking about Kelly. Why her? She kept on repeating in her mind. Chelseas little brother came running into the kitchen knocking into Chelsea. Chelsea snapped out of it and noticed her Dad and brother were sitting at the table. She sat down and her mom brought the food over. As Chelsea was finishing her dessert, the phone rang. Chelsea raced her brother to the phone and pushed him out of the way. As Chelsea managed a Hello, her brother started to cry from being pushed over. She heard a weak voice on the other line. It was Kelly! Hi, Chels. Oh my god! Are you out of the hospital? Yeah, but I might have to go back soon. Chelsea was so happy she ignored the last comment. Her brother was still crying and Chelsea said, Oh shut-up you big baby! Youre not hurt! He put his pouting face on and stomped up to his room. God I hate my brother! Kelly and Chelsea both laughed. Kelly then said sadly, Well Ive got to go Chels. See ya Monday. Alright. Bye. Bye. Chelsea waited for Kelly to hang up before she did. Chelsea felt really strange. She then noticed her dessert melted so she cleaned up the table.
Back at Brookes house,
Brooke told her mom that Frankie wanted to go to the dance with Katie and she kind of became shocked! Brookes mom called all over town for the spas, hair salons, and nail salons to make reservations for Katie and Brooke. Jesse then came out of the bathroom and whispered to Brooke, It has a bruise. What does? Jesse looked down then back up at Brooke. Brooke then said Oh! feeling really bad! Im sorry. Its alright. Brooke then showed Jesse her itll get better look. Jesse then said he had to go home for dinner and gave Brooke a peck on the cheek.
A day before the dance,
All day everyone at their school could not stop talking about the dance. All the girls were bragging about how cute their dresses and shoes were. While on the other hand the guys were bragging about how easy the girl theyre taking is. But thats kind of how guys are, just not in front of girls. Brooke and Chelsea were walking in the hall when a voice on the intercom said, Brooke Shaver and Chelsea Coxtail to the guidance office. They looked at each other and Brooke said, Cool, were getting out of class. As they walked there the late bell rang. As soon as the opened the door they saw Kelly sitting in a chair being comforted by the school nurse. Kelly looked up at Brooke and Chelsea in tears. Kelly could hardly breathe. As they were about to walk over to her a large lady sitting behind the tall desk with a dont do drugs sign on it said, Are you Brooke and Chelsea? They both nodded. Please follow me. The woman lead them into another hallway they never knew was here and down to the janitors closet. The woman then spoke, I heard you two drew on the bathroom mirrors with red lipstick. Brooke and Chelsea looked confused. Right? No. I think I would have rembered doing that! Brooke snapped back. Chelsea then added, I know! The lady had a cross look on her face that all teachers get when you do something bad. Well who did? Brooke was getting mad and she said loudly enough to hear down the hall, It wasnt us! The lady looked mad and said, Well if it wasnt you I guess I can let you go. Brooke and Chelsea walked back down the hall mumbling mean things to each other about the lady. They walked back through the office and noticed Kelly was gone! Chelsea was scared. I hope Kellys OK! Brooke said. Chelsea then told Brooke all about what Kelly had told her earlier that year in the hospital. Kelly hadnt told anyone about her visit or her mom dieing. Brooke was almost in tears as the walked to gym class.
Chapter 46

After school Brooke went over to Chelseas house. They both ran to the phone and dialed Kellys number. The phone rang and rang. No answer. It was a little strange that it didnt go to the answering machine. Chelsea and Brooke decided to walk over to Kellys house and see if she was there. The walk there was long and silent. The two girls could only think about Kelly and how bad they felt for her.
They arrived at Kellys house and slowly walked to the door. Ding-Dong-Ding. Chelsea always loved her doorbell. She thought it sounded cool. They heard footsteps coming to the door. Kelly peaked her head out of the window on the side of the door. Chelsea and Brooke smiled big when they saw her face. Kelly opened the door with a bright smile on her face. Hey! Brooke and Chelsea said at the same time giving Kelly a big group hug. Kelly didnt hug them back, because her arms were too scrunched to be able to flex them up. Kelly let them in. They noticed Kellys house smelled different than it usually does. It smelled like cinnamon mixed with old people. Kellys eyes were all red and watery while she led them to the living room. There were Kellys grandparents eating cinnamon cookies on the couch. They smiled to the girls and got up walking to the other room. Brooke then looked at Kelly wiping away her tears and asked, What happened today? Kelly then sat down and told Chelsea and Brooke, I was just upset because my moms funeral is going to be next week. How come you could hardly breathe? Brooke wanted to know. Because of my heart problem. Everything has just been so stressful lately. Brooke and Chelsea began to understand. Chelsea then said changing the subject, I cant wait till tomorrow.
That night,
Everyone went to bed excited for what may come the next day. By school tomorrow everyone could not stop talking about how it was their last day of school and the dance that night. Yearbooks were signed, pictures were taken, Memories made, and tears shed. It felt like you were losing a greater part of your life. Chelsea was moving, Kelly was dying, and the guys were in a band (soon to go on tour). They guys had already recorded their new CD which became a huge hit instantly. They already had photo shoots for magazine covers. After school was over everyone went home and started getting ready as soon as they got to their room. Brooke and Katie went to a beauty salon with Brookes mom. Chelsea and her mom went to their neighbor Rita, who was a beautician. Kelly, Whitney, and Kendra all went to Beauty R Us. The guys were getting ready while their parents standing by the door smiling and saying, My boy is all grown up.
Brooke and Katie got home looking all pretty. Katie had completely changed! She didnt smell so bad lately and had better hygiene. She was wearing the cutest pink gown and her hair all pretty. The two girls were going to be the last ones picked up. Brooke and Katie started a normal conversation (for the first time ever). Katie wasnt speaking with a country accent anymore, since she had got used to the New York style. Brooke could hardly believe it, Katie looked pretty! Brookes mom came in on the two girls and told Katie, See Charm School was worth it. Katie smiled politely to her as she got up to get her matching pink shoes. Brooke then said, No wonder! Brooke didnt mean to say that out loud and felt a little rude. As Katie finished strapping her lace on her heel the doorbell rang. Brookes mom quickly got the camera and took a picture of the two. Brooke then said, Mom! Get the door. Oh sorry princess, her mom replied sarcastically as she opened the door. Jesse and Frankie were standing at the door holding corsages for the girls. Frankie could only stare at Katie and Jesse nudged Frankie saying, Thats Katie. Frankie walked up to her and introduced himself. Katie felt shy and told him he was hot. Frankie blushed and put the corsage on her dress. Jesse did the same to Brooke telling her she looked beautiful. Brooke then kissed his cheek. Brookes mom said, Aww, while she took a picture. Jesse and Frankie escorted Brooke and Katie to the huge limo they had waiting outside. As they opened the door Brooke saw Kendra & Mario, Whitney & Chris, Matt & Kelly, Greg & Allison, David & Chelsea. They all climbed into the limo and sat down next to their date. They all arrived at the dance. When they got out of the limo Matt acted like he feel on the ground and then Chris acted like he feel over him. Everyone around them was pointing and laughing. The guys then got up acting like nothing happened as everyone was still laughing. All the guys took their girl into the dance. As soon as they walked in Chelsea had butterflies in her stomach and felt like she was going to throw up.
Chapter 47

After the dance,
Everyone had a great time and got into the limo laughing over the things that happened there. As soon as the limo drive was coming to an end Chelsea started to cry looking off through the window, while it started to rain. Thunder was rumbling through the sky and bolts of lightning were off in the distance. The first stop was Kendra. Everyone gave their good byes in the limo and Mario gave her a kiss. Kendra ran to her front door waving bye as soon as she opened it. Then the next stop was Matt and David. The same routine went with them, as did Kendra. Then was Chris, then Whitney, then Frankie & Mario, then Katie &Brooke, then Jesse. Kelly and Chelsea were the last two. As they were approaching Chelseas house Kelly started to have an attack in the car. She was breathing really hard. Chelsea freaked out and tried to get the drivers attention. As soon as he saw what was going on he turned around heading for the hospital. Chelsea saw a phone in the limo and dialed 911. Frantically she tried talking to the operator trying to tell her what was happening without crying more. The lady told her to try calming Kelly down and was coaching Chelsea through it. Kelly then blanked out and her eyes went white. They arrived at the hospital now with Chelsea crying her eyes out and the driver helping to carry Kelly into the emergency room. Chelsea sat in the waiting room with the limo driver. She was talking to him and got to know him. His name was Jared and had been a butler for Will Wates before he decided to drive limos. He was only 34 years old and looked much younger.
About an hour later,
Chelsea went to get a coke from the vending machine. She felt a little stupid because she was sitting there in a waiting room wearing a big puffy gown drinking a coke. She looked around and noticed there were a lot of patients waiting. One of them actually caught her eye; it was a little boy who had been having asthma attacks. She felt so sorry for him. He looked up at her as he was crying trying to breathe. A male nurse came out and asked for a Chelsea Coxtrail. Chelsea lifted her hand saying, Thats me. The man waved his hand for her to come. Jared watched as she followed him. He led her into a small room and sat her down. There was a box of tissues and a trash can filled with them next to her. Chelsea felt sick and waited for the man to tell her something. He looked deep into her eyes with concentration and said, Your friend Kelly Allenton, has passed away. She had a small heart attack and apparently she had experienced a few problems from her car accident earlier. Chelsea started to cry like crazy as the man said, Im sorry. He left her alone in the room so she wouldnt be disturbed. Chelsea could not stop crying and walked out of the room back to the lobby. Jared followed her. He offered to drive her home. Chelsea agreed because her parents wouldnt be home till later. Chelsea was still crying on the way home and told Jared what the man told her and about Kellys history. Chelsea saw a tear come up into Jareds eye as the arrived at Chelseas house. She thanked him got out of the limo.
Chapter 38
After that night everyone had felt different about their life and options on things. It was a night to remember. Everyone soon found out about Kellys death and felt miserable. Kelly had been cremated with her mom and they let her ashes go into the wind at Kellys favorite spot, Central Park. Kelly had always loved that place.
*Matt, Greg, Chris, Jesse, and Frankies band became a huge hit like the Eatles and they wrote a song and dedicated it to Kelly.
Matt became an investment banker after Dream Street. At age 24 He married a girl named Mindy and they had two kids together.
*Chris ended up marring Whitney, but it didnt last long because they thought they had different opinions on certain things that mattered a lot. After Dream Street he became a famous actor and produced his own movie about his life.
*Frankie fell in love with Katie, but was heart broken when she had to move back to Texas. They havent spoke since. After Dream Street he became a priest because he thought he could never love again.
*Jesse almost married Brooke, but they broke up while she was at her collage in another state. They thought it was too hard keeping in touch with each other. They are still friends. After Dream Street Jesse became very rich man when he opened up his own peanut butter factory in Georgia. At last he could have all the peanut butter he ever wanted.
